I I am an experienced Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 15 years of experience in the property industry. I spent the best part of a decade working at a senior level with one of the UK’s leading property firms in London, honing my expertise within the residential sector. Valuing some of the finest homes in Prime Central London gave me a strong appreciation for what relocating buyers seek, as well as the attributes that make a property both an exceptional home and a sound investment.

Born and raised in Jersey and educated in both Jersey and Bristol, I have longstanding personal connections to both locations and a deep understanding of the property markets that serve them. These experiences have given me valuable insights into what attracts buyers to each area, whether they are seeking a family home, lifestyle move or investment opportunity.

My career has enabled me to develop extensive knowledge of the residential markets across Bristol, Bath, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset, whilst maintaining close ties to Jersey and its unique property landscape. Along the way, I have developed a wide network of trusted contacts from Solicitors, through to Surveyors, Architects, Interior Designers and various other specialists.

After witnessing the great demand for high-quality property across the South West and Jersey, and recognising how challenging it can be for purchasers to not only find but acquire the right property, I decided to pursue my passion and establish Strang & Co – an independent, bespoke and professional property buying and investment agency.
